Aura4 Privacy Policy

At Aura4 we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what choices you have. It is written as plainly as we could manage.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only two kinds of information.

a. Information you send us. When you use a contact form or email us, we receive what you write: name, email address, project type, and your message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and follow up on your project — nothing else. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

b. Technical information collected automatically. Like any website, we log technical details on each visit: a truncated or processed IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring source. This is used to understand and improve site performance, and to serve advertising as described below.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not request payment card details through this site.

2. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. On our site they serve three purposes:

Necessary: to operate the site and protect forms from automated submissions.
Analytics: to measure visit counts and page performance in aggregate.
Advertising: set by ad networks to serve ads and measure their performance, and possibly to personalise them.

We define ad placement explicitly, and we hold to it:

— Ad units appear only inside long-form Aura4 magazine articles (the /articles/ path).
— They do not appear on the home page, the services, portfolio or contact pages, the legal pages, the 404 page, or on any screen whose purpose is navigation or alerts.
— Every ad slot is clearly labelled «إعلان» (advertisement) so it is never mistaken for editorial content.
— No advertiser has any part in choosing or shaping our content.

5. Consent

By continuing to browse this site, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, consent for advertising and analytics cookies is requested through a Google-certified consent message shown before those cookies are set; consent can be withdrawn or changed at any time from that message or through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, or object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email service@aura4.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity first.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the related project, then delete or anonymise them. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is aimed at a general professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that such data has reached us, we delete it.

9. External Links and Services

This site links to external websites and ad networks we do not operate. Each has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the policies of sites you visit.
